Senior Networking and Hardware Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Networking and Hardware Engineer to manage and optimize our

IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless network connectivity, secure data access, and

efficient hardware operations. , IT hardware, and cloud-based infrastructure, collaborating

with the IT team to enhance system performance, and ensuring robust security measures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Network Administration & Security:

• Design, configure, and manage LAN, WAN, VPNs, VLANs, and firewall policies.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime.
• Implement network security best practices, including access controls, IDS/IPS, and DDoS protection.
• Coordinate with internet service providers (ISPs) and vendors for network optimization.

2. Server & Cloud Infrastructure Management:

• Manage on-premises and cloud-based servers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ensure Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and storage systems are well- maintained.
• Support Lead Squared CRM, Ameyo PBX, and cloud-based EdTech solutions.
• Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans.

3. IT Hardware & Asset Management:

• Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and networking devices.
• vendor coordination.
• Support IT teams in hardware troubleshooting and performance improvements.

4. IT Security & Compliance:

• Deploy and manage endpoint security, antivirus solutions, and access control policies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal IT policies.
• Conduct security audits and implement risk mitigation strategies.

5. Technical Support & IT Operations:

• Provide L2/L3 support for network, hardware, and telephony-related issues.
• Work closely with the Support Executive to resolve IT tickets.
• Train IT executives and other employees on best IT security and usage practices.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT networking, hardware management, and security.
• Expertise in firewalls, routers, switches (Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience in Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with Lead Squared CRM, ERP, LMS integrations is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
