Associate/Vice President - Venture Capital (5-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and evaluate potential investments in deep-tech startups and new technologies

- Work with portfolio companies to drive their success and identify new deals

- Interpreting financial statements and using them to make predictions about the viability and growth potential

- Build relationships with entrepreneurs and other industry professionals

- Assist with all stages of deal execution, including sourcing new investment opportunities, preparing investment memos, conducting due diligence, and reporting on successful exit opportunities

Ideal Candidate :

- Master's degree, preferably an MBA from a Tier 1 B-School

- 5+ years of experience in an investment/management consulting/start-up with an exposure/interest in the emerging technologies especially deep-tech

- Ex-founders or candidates with product management experience in the AI/ML ecosystem will be strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
