VMware Engineer - Virtualization (1-9 yrs)

Responsibilities :

1. Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of complex VMware virtualization solutions.

2. Oversee the management and optimization of large-scale virtual infrastructures.

3. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.

4. Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices for virtualization.

5. Stay updated with the latest VMware technologies and assess their potential benefits to the organization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in designing and managing VMware environments.

- Advanced expertise in VMware products and solutions.

- Proven experience in leading virtualization projects from conception to completion.

- VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) or higher certification is highly desirable.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
