- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that operational targets are met within budget constraints
- Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers or other stakeholders as needed
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments or teams
