ServiceNow Developer - HRSD Portal Development

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your primary goal is to enhance organizational processes, improve workflow efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with focus on HRSD module.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and migrations is a plus
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, business rules, and integration hub.
• Proficiency in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow portals.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simplified way to non-technical stakeholders, including managing feedback and iterating designs based on user and leadership input.
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing creative, technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially for integration and portal functionality issues.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Center modules.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS. We are hiring candidates with UX/UI skills
• Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and metrics to track portal usage and employee engagement.
