Project Engineer - Network Protocols (2-5 yrs)

Desired Profile :

Candidates with BE |BTech|DEEE having at-least 2+ yrs of project work experience in Networking of Electrical & Electronics Devices.

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems - IP Surveillance Systems (CCTV) , Networking and Access Control Systems or related equipment, following drawing of electrical layouts and building plans in accordance with NSI and relevant Codes of Practice/Policies.

2. Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing of Disabled Refuge, Public Address, Call System & Induction Loops in accordance with relevant British Standard and other relevant Codes of Practice/Policies

3. Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including the ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings.

4. Liaising with ARC (Alarm receiving centres)

5. Production of high quality commissioning and handover documentation and as fit drawings.

6. Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of Health
and Safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc.

7. Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and functionality.

8. Responding to out of hours service calls.

Person Specification Technical Competencies - Essential :

9. Demonstrate at least 2 years previous experience in a Security role.

10. Demonstrate a general knowledge of all Security Systems.

11. Demonstrate strong communication skills.

12. Sound administration skills with an understanding of the importance of paperwork and the accuracy and timeliness of submission of same.

13. Full Driving License (subject to inspection for company insurances)

14. Employment will be subject to successful BS7858 security screening and Enhanced Disclosure Check (DBS).
