Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager Young Professional Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving campus recruitment, branding, analytics, and engagement to build a sustainable talent pipeline. The role ensures effective manpower planning, seamless onboarding, and retention of young professionals, positioning the organization as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campus Recruitment & Talent Pipeline:
   • Plan and execute recruitment strategies for GETs, PGETs, MBAs, CAs, etc.
   • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including assessments, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Campus Branding & Engagement:
   • Enhance employer branding through campus activities like lectures, hackathons, and competitions.
   • Execute pre-joining and internship engagement programs to improve conversions.
3. Trainee Retention & Development:
   • Develop strategies to ensure trainee retention and integration.
   • Collaborate with L&D for structured career progression and leadership development programs.
4. Campus Analytics:
   • Track and report recruitment metrics, retention trends, and pipeline readiness.
   • Use data insights to improve recruitment strategies and forecast future needs.
5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
   • Partner with business leaders and academic institutions to strengthen industry-academia relations.
   • Represent the organization at career fairs, conclaves, and campus events.
6. Process Innovation:
   • Optimize recruitment processes with innovative tools and platforms.
   • Ensure cost and resource efficiency while enhancing candidate experience.
