Bill of Material Calculation for Pressure Vessels
Development of Formed components like head, Cone to estimate raw weight
Understating on use of various Weld Edge preparations and calculation of Consumables
Calculation of Taxes & duties (Customs, ED, VAT, CST, GST etc.)
Preparing Enquiries to Raw material suppliers
Assimilate inputs from various departments (like Welding , NDE , Planning , Design , Aux. Services)
Knowledge of Foreign Exchange rates & its implication of cost
Basic understanding on ASME codes
