Role & responsibilities

ssistant QA/QC manager Responsible for QA/QC activity in Unit II (Talegaon).

Lead and manage the QA/QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Resolve the Customer, AI, TPI Shop floor issues or grievance.

• Maintain Welder qualification record. and its continuity record
  
• Keep all WPS/PQR record properly.

repares and implements the project inspection strategy to cover all project phases.

• Able to demonstrate implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the development & application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
  
• Implementation of 5S activity
  
• Monitor all operations that affect quality.
  
• Prepare weld map, get approval from In charge QAD and offer to AI for review &
  

acceptance.

• Issue weld map required WPS & welder list to In charge Production.
  
• Verify WPS/PQR, WPQ & WOPQ received from respective plant and may allow for use as per the requirement.
  
• Monitor welding activity, as per qualified welding procedure and shall record such a activity.

NDT Level-II I PT, PT, RT

2) Good technical knowledge in Pressure vessel and heat exchanger manufacturing.

3) ASME and PED Code Knowledge

4) Basic Knowledge of ISO and EHS
