Review contract requirements, identify SOW & develop DCI. Knowledge of Indian Codes & standards like NBC, PESO, OISD & IS. K nowledge of Intentional standards & Codes like NFPA, API, IEC, IP, BSI. W orking experience in design of fire protection & detection system for Refinery, Fertilizer industries. Fire protection & detection design basis, Fire water demand calculation, Fire zone layout & Fire water network layout,P &ID s viz; Firewater pumps house, Fire water Tank, Fire water network, MVW Spray system, HVW Spray system. Foam system, Sprinkler system etc. Preparation of Hydraulic calculation using Pipenet software. Preparation of F&G detector layouts. Preparation of Fire protection & Safety equipment layout. Preparation of Fireproofing Schedule & Layout. Preparation of HAZ Area schedule. Preparation of MR for Firefighting & Safety equipment. Preparation of RFQ for Clean agent system. Preparation of RFQ for Safety studies like HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA. Review vendor offers against the requisition and Prepare the TQ , TBE
