Job Description
The incumbent will oversee and successfully handle:
1) Day-to-day Site level Administration, Site Security and Facilities Management
2) Day-to-day IR Challenges arising out of internal and external factors
3) Facilitate the implementation of site level policies and processes defined for the L&T Rolls Employee related to their welfare and life cycle management
4) Third party workmen and employees - complete life cycle management
5) Contractor Statutory Labour Law Compliances Management
6) Liasoning with Local Administration and other statutory authorities
7) Implementation of corporate guidelines and policies on various employee related matters
For the above he shall be well versed with he BoCW Act 1996, Contract Labour Act 1970, Employee Compensation Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, EPF, ESIC and other statutory compliances applicable to the EPC site.
