Communicating with local authorities about facility maintenance issues such as water leaks or pest infestations etc.
Working with staff to schedule activities of cleaning, repairing, etc in meetings, receptions, and other events in facilities such as cafeterias, classrooms.
Maintaining safety standards by inspecting facilities for hazards such as damaged or exposed wiring and taking appropriate action to correct the problem.

Proven experience in Admin Facility
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
