Role & responsibilities
* Making outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell real estate properties.
*Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and received, and updating the customer database with relevant information in Company CRM.
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
* Providing customers with information about available properties, including their features, amenities, and pricing.
*Inviting the prospective Buyer for Site Visit and follow up.
*Explaining the buying and selling process to customers, and guiding them through the entire process.
* Following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the company's Product and addressing any concerns they may have.
* Achieving Site Visit targets and quotas set by the company, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, and providing feedback on customer trends and preferences.
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : 0-5 Years
Prefered : Immediate Joiners
