Relationship Executive

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive B2B Relationship Executive to join our team, focusing on promoting international skilling programs to schools and colleges.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for education,

driving engagement with school principals, management, teachers, and students.

This role involves both sales and operational responsibilities, including pitching programs, collecting feedback, and ensuring timely completion of learning modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Outreach:

○ Engage with school principals and management via phone calls to pitch

international skilling programs and explain their benefits.

○ Effectively communicate program features and address queries to build strong

relationships with stakeholders.

○ Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team to convert them into

partnerships.

2. Feedback & Relationship Management:

○ Collect feedback from schools and colleges where marketing personnel have

conducted meetings, ensuring all promises and commitments are fulfilled.

○ Gather feedback from students about their experience with the program to

ensure continuous improvement.

3. Program Coordination & Follow-ups:

○ Monitor the progress of teachers and students participating in the programs.

○ Follow up with participants (teachers and students) to ensure timely completion

of learning modules and assignments.

○ Address any issues or concerns raised by program participants and coordinate

resolutions.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

○ Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools or

other software.

○ Provide regular reports to the management on progress, feedback, and

outcomes.

5. Collaboration:

○ Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to align activities and

ensure smooth program execution.

○ Work closely with the Kochi office team to achieve departmental goals.
