Mall Marketing Executive

JOB Title : Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager -

Mall Marketing Responsibilities and Duties :

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to

promote mall activities, sales, and special events.

• Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of in-mall events, seasonal displays, and community engagement initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery and strong shopper participation.
• Develop and manage outreach programs such as society campaigns, charity drives, and local community events to strengthen relationships with the surrounding community and promote the mall as a community hub.
• Collaborate with retailers, local businesses, and community partners to gather promotional materials and coordinate joint marketing efforts.
• Prepare reports and presentations to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to inform and refine marketing strategies.
• Assist with the distribution of promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and digital announcements.
• Handle customer inquiries related to promotions, events, and community programs, maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Support in managing the malls email campaigns, promotional desk and newsletters.
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new, creative approaches to community-focused initiatives and shopper engagement.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating marketing calendars, maintaining marketing inventory, and filing marketing-related documents.

Qualifications: Graduation Only

Experience: 0-4 years

Salary Range: 2 LPA to 3LPA CTC
