Hiring of Marketing Executive / Senior Executive - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

1.

BTL Campaign Planning & Execution:

Develop and execute innovative BTL campaigns, including activations like roadshows, kiosks, society activation, and community engagement activities.

Identify and secure high-impact locations for activations to maximize customer footfall and engagement.

2.

Vendor & Agency Coordination:

Collaborate with event management agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of BTL activities.

Negotiate costs and timelines to stay within budget while achieving high-quality output.

3.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align BTL activities with overall marketing strategy.

Act as the primary contact for field teams and provide necessary support during activations.

4.

Market Analysis & Insights:

Conduct local market research to identify customer preferences, competitive activity, and emerging trends.

Use insights to tailor BTL initiatives that resonate with Bengalurus diverse demographics.

5.

Performance Monitoring:

Measure the effectiveness of campaigns using KPIs like footfall, lead generation, and conversion rates.

Prepare detailed post-campaign reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

6.

Compliance & Branding:

Ensure all activations comply with Flipkarts branding guidelines and local regulations.

Maintain a consistent brand image across all on-ground activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-4 years in BTL marketing, brand activations, or similar roles; experience in the eCommerce or retail sector is a plus.
• Skills:

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize impactful campaigns.

Proficiency in tracking campaign ROI and data analysis.

• Knowledge of Bengaluru: Familiarity with local geography, customer behavior, cultural nuances and Kannada Language is a plus

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and rotational offs
