Job Description

Job Title : Executive/Sr. ExecutiveRetail Marketing

Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in retail marketing, with proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:


Retailer and Distributor Onboarding

  • Lead the onboarding process for new retailers and distributors, ensuring a smooth transition into the company's ecosystem.
  • Facilitate the signing of contracts and agreements, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
  • Provide support and training on brand guidelines, merchandise, and promotional strategies to help retailers and distributors represent the brand effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the initial onboarding phase, addressing any questions or concerns from retailers and distributors.
  • Regularly update and improve the onboarding process to enhance partner satisfaction and retention

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Create and manage in-store promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to encourage repeat business.
  • Oversee the development of point-of-sale materials, banners, flyers, and other retail displays.
  • Work closely with product teams to plan product launches and special events.

Brand Positioning & Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all retail touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandisers to optimise store layout and displays, creating an engaging and visually appealing shopping experience.

Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and engagement, including loyalty programs anpersonaliseded promotions.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to enhance the shopping experience and address pain points.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Analyze competitor activities and suggest marketing strategies to gain a competitive advantage.

Collaboration with Store Teams

  • Work closely with store managers and staff to ensure smooth execution of promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Train store personnel on new marketing initiatives, product features, and customer engagement techniques.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Use analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics such as footfall, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements based on data insights and campaign performance.

Budget Management

  • Manage the marketing budget for retail campaigns, ensuring cost-effective solutions while achieving desired outcomes.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for promotional materials, print, and advertising.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to attract new customers and increase sales.
  • Partner with influencers, local organizations, and media for collaborations and event promotions.

Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the retail goals of the company.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive store footfall, increase sales, and boost brand awareness.
