Responsibilities and Duties: Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
Revenue Generation
Develop and implement strategies to monetize available advertising spaces, including facades, signages, LEDs, and atrium focal points.
Identify and target potential clients (brands, agencies, and advertisers) for advertising opportunities within the mall.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with advertisers to maximize revenue.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Act as the primary point of contact for all advertising-related inquiries and issues.
Provide detailed reports to clients, including performance metrics for branding campaigns.
Space Optimization & Planning
Plan and allocate advertising spaces effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources.
Collaborate with the operations and leasing teams to identify and activate underutilized areas for branding opportunities.
Marketing & Sales Campaigns
Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote mall advertising spaces to local, national, and international brands.
Leverage data insights to target campaigns to appropriate audiences and drive interest.
Work with the creative team to provide clients with branding mock-ups and customized proposals.
Compliance & Coordination
Ensure all advertising activities comply with local laws, regulations, and mall policies.
Coordinate with the operations team for timely installation and maintenance of advertising tools.
Monitor the upkeep and functionality of LEDs, signages, and other branding assets to ensure they remain attractive to potential clients.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities in mall advertising.
Provide recommendations to enhance the malls advertising appeal based on market insights.
Performance Reporting & Analysis
Develop and present monthly/quarterly revenue and performance reports to the management team.
Track KPIs such as revenue targets, space occupancy rates, and client satisfaction levels.
Innovative Branding Solutions
Identify and introduce innovative branding tools and methods to enhance the malls advertising portfolio.
Propose creative campaigns and activations to attract new clients and increase revenue streams.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing, operations, and visual merchandising, to align branding opportunities with overall mall strategies.
Train and guide junior team members on advertising sales and client handling techniques, if required.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Prepare annual budgets for mall advertising revenues and expenses.
Monitor and control costs associated with maintaining and upgrading advertising assets.
Qualifications: PGDM / MBA
Professional Qualifications: MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Specific skills: Communication & Analysis.
Personal characteristics: Confident, Presentable, Soft spoken.
