Role & responsibilities
1. Any degree with 2-4 years experience in wiring harness industry
2. Able to handle all HR related activities such as pay roll, recruitment and maintain basic discipline & safety inside the company
3. Able to train new employees, schedule training plan
4. Monitor the performance of the new employees in production
5. Able to maintain attendance, OT list and update salary accordingly.
