Chief Financial Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the Group CFO.
• Take care of monthly MIS reporting and Board reporting of the Group
• Ensure finalisations of the group entities on time.
• Ensure all direct tax and indirect tax filings of the group are done on time with accuracy.
• Continuous co-ordination with all the departments and guide the team to meet the accounting and statutory timelines.
• Co-ordination with internal and external auditors and ensure all the compliances are duly complied with.
• Expert knowledge in Income Tax and GST compliances and continuous updation of the Statutory Acts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandatory experience of at least 5 years in Manufacturing sector
• Expert Knowledge of accounting principles and costing.
• Candidate must be a self-motivated go-getter
• Should be dynamic and possess Team leadership qualities.
• Should possess expert Statutory knowledge and update on day to day basis.
• Should possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Should have worked in SAP environment or any reputed ERP software.
• Candidate should have working knowledge on MS office and should be system driven
