Manager/Senior Manager - Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the Finance and Accounts function, ensuring the accurate financial
  reporting in compliance with regulatory norms and implementing and maintaining a robust
  internal control system.
• Monthly tax payable calculations, timely payments, and accounting entries.
• Coordinate and manage audits, including statutory, internal, Internal Financial controls and
  tax audits, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
• Address audit findings and implement actions to enhance financial controls.
• To ensure compliance with statutory law, financial regulations including the compliance of
  GST and Income Tax and such other related statutory compliances. PreparaƟon and filing of
  tax returns. Knowledge of TDS, TCS and GST Provision with reference to accounting of
  transactions.
• Work with tax advisors to optimize the company's tax strategy, appear before authorities in
  tax assessment, ensure compliance with tax laws, and minimize tax liabilities while
  maximizing benefits.
• Interact closely with lenders and other financial institutions for smooth functioning of
  banking operations.
• Cash flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and optimize working capital to
  ensure the company meets its financial obligations and maximizes efficiency in resource
  allocation.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA - Inter/ MBA - Finance
• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2-3 years
  in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems (SAP, Tally Prime), and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
