Area General Manager Marketing / Senior Manager Marketing

Purpose :To Head and Lead Marketing Department with the Team of Marketing Executives.

Qualification : ME MTech (Mech) / BE (Mech) / Any Graduate with MBA

Age : Between 45 to 50 years

Experience : Minimum 20 to 25 Years.

Work Location : Maraimalai Nagar , Chengalpattu District Candidate in and around Chengalpattu, Maraimalai Nagar, Guduvanchery & Tambaram

Outstation Candidates will also be considered.

General Conditions :
(01) All Bachelors (Male) must be willing to stay in Company provided shared accommodations .
(02) Married Candidates must be willing to relocate in and around Maraimalai Nagar along with the Family.
(03) Immediate joiners preferable.
(04) All Positions are Permanent with 1 Yr Probationary Period.
(05) On successful completion of the Probationary Period will be made permanent

Salary Package : Annual CTC - Based on Suitability to our requirements and At Par with Industry Standards.

Target Period of Recrement : 4 Weeks Pan India & Global Business Development with Minimum 50% Growth Rate.

Generation of Enquiries & RFQ's for Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Forgings and Machined Parts Business.

On Time Quote submission , Quote Follow up and Conversion of Quotes to Orders.

Co-ordinating with the Development departments towards Speedy Samples Submission , Obtaining Samples Feedback from Customers and Regularizing Sales for this New Parts. Sustaining and Achieving Monthly Sales Targets.

Co-ordination with Production, NPD , Quality and Materials Departments.

Addressing Customer Complaints and Submission of 8D along with CAPA to Customers on Timely basis.

To achieve Customer Satisfaction Index / Level as per the Targets.

Receivables Follow Up and Timely Collection of Overdue Payments To Managing of Marketing Managers and Executive towards achieving Departments Objectives, Company Objectives and Customer Objectives Minimum 15 to 20 Days Travel is "A Must". Good Command over English and Hindi is required. Sustaining and Improving Current Customers Business Exploring New Business Opportunities in the Automotives, Electrical Switchgear , Non Electric Non Automotive, General Engineering Industries, Defense , Railways and Aerospace Sectors in both Domestic and Overseas Markets. Co-ordination with Materials and Logistics Departments towards Timely and Delivery of Materials. MRM Reviews - Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reporting.
