- Collaborating with hiring managers to grasp job requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies. Looking some one to have knowledge in Canada or US market.
- Sourcing candidates through diverse channels like job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidate qualifications.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Establishing and nurturing a pool of qualified candidates for future recruitment needs.
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of recruitment activities.
- Negotiating job offers, encompassing salary and benefits, with chosen candidates.
