About the role

The Creative Producer - Content Production will manage the production of content for Kulfi s clients.

A great maker, doer, executioner who will lead in elevating the creative strategic storytelling execution on all platforms. The Creative Producer - Content Production must possess a strong creative content production background, including managing internal and external development and production partners.

A day in the life of an Creative Producer - Content Production

• Responsible for assisting in the management of the production process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the clients satisfaction.
• Ability to provide remarkable client experiences (our clients stay with us for years and this is one of the main reasons why)
• Building (recruiting) a team of Producers and managing team expectations. Hire and manage a high-performing team of professionals
• Responsible for creating and managing budgets for each project, ensuring that costs are kept within the agreed-upon parameters, overlooking the legal and finance aspects of the project /brand partnership
• Sourcing and managing the variable talent needed for each project, including writers, directors, actors, and crew.
• Overseeing the post-production process, including editing, sound design, and colour correction. Managing internal and external teams.
• Supervise and ensure the team, and the production, work within regulations, timelines and as per processes
• Ensure production meets competitive goals and projects the intended brand image ensuring Supari is meeting their creative standards
• Strong project management skills (aka, the ability to efficiently and effectively get things done yourself and through other people) and getting management tools implemented.
• Maintaining best practices for production teams, strong cross-functional communications and the ability to prioritise and problem solve on a daily basis
• Keeping stakeholders informed on the progress of projects
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement

What does success look like

Project management KPIs

• Implementing effective workflows for project management (tools, best practices, experimenting with production technologies) internally and externally.
• Tool Implementation on the production front
• Managing project workflows across all accounts and projects (Mapped at the number of projects they execute in the year)

Talent Management

• Variablize teams to execute projects at scale
• Managing all execution partners building a strong variable pool
• Talent management of all our director roster
• Induction of variable talent

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced ad agency and/or content studio as a producer
• Strong understanding of social media production executions deliverables
• Produce different format of content campaigns, including video and photography deliverables with a strong emphasis on innovation and design for the content space
• Knowledge of project breakdowns, budget, and scheduling, and an understanding of how to prep a project rolling into production
• Strategic planner who can work with agencies and vendors, inclusive of creative direction and budgets
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional efforts and keeping a strong collaborative tone
• Skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects or other video editing, motion design is a huge plus
• Able to adapt quickly to change and meet deadlines
• Impeccable social, oral communication, and writing skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate with all types of personalities and people in different positions
