We are seeking a boundary-pushing, idea-generating, and pop-culture-loving Creative Lead to join our team of badass creatives and help us produce content that shines.
A person with a unique blend of imagination, charisma, and caffeinated energy to transform brands into epic tales thatll have the internet begging for more.

A day in the life of an Creative Lead

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Account Manager to develop and execute innovative social media campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling, ORM, and platform strategies.
• Curate, guide, and coordinate with students for self-shot testimonial content.
• Negotiate and manage influencer collaborations and agency deals.
• Track social media performance, analyze metrics, and present reports to clients and leadership.
• Ensure creative assets meet brand guidelines, project specifications, and deadlines.
• Write clear, compelling copy across platforms and proofread for accuracy.
• Assist in shoots, participate on-camera if needed, and support content creation.
• Develop content calendars and oversee project workflows to ensure timely delivery.

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 3-4 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within a digital advertising agency
• A portfolio showcasing your involvement in mind-blowing work across social media platforms.
• Youre a natural-born hustler with a Growth Mindset and is able to take ownership of personal development and growth.
• You are agile and a doer
• You have excellent communication skills, with your can-do attitude.
• Youre always on the lookout for the latest trends and technologies in the industry because youre just that curious.
• You re a digital genius with an innate taste for the latest and greatest social platforms, digital technology, an instinct for snappy writing and a natural feel for what the audience wants.
