Senior Executive Field Operations - Claims

Roles & Responsibilities:

2-6 years and a minimum 3 years experience in the Crop Insurance business

Monitoring CCE Activities conducted on the field.

Monitoring Crop loss assessment and closure of activity as per the TAT.

Insured crop verification on the field as per the exposure area.

Establishing the network of people at the District / Tehsil / Block level through vendors, associates, own temporary staff etc. as per the business requirement.

Organizing and Conducting Training for field staff before Starting the activity on SOPs prepared

Liaison with govt officials for CCEs & CLA for smooth operations on the field.

Coordination with field team & Vendors on a day-to-day basis and updating the Status.

Tracking of claims for CCE and Crop loss as per the data received form the field on a daily basis.

Travelling across the State during CCE/CLA

Good knowledge in Excel skills.

Requirements
Education Qualification:

Graduate/B Tech/MSc Agri /Agri Graduate
