Management Trainee

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Management Trainee to join our team.In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting the team in executing brandmarketing campaigns that will help build and strengthen our brand presence. Youwill work closely with various teams to ensure that our brand is consistentlyrepresented and resonates with our target audience.
Marketing Campaign Execution:

Assist the team in executing the brand campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels and monitor closely

Assist the team by collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging content and ensure brand consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand integration in product development and go-to-market strategies.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver effective brand initiatives.

Brand Management:

Monitor and manage brand health, including tracking key performance indicators and brand perception.

Ensure brand guidelines are followed and that all communications are aligned with the brandidentity.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track and analyze the performance of brand initiatives and campaigns.

Take care of day-to-day operational jobs

Requirements
Qualifications:

MBA from reputed B-School

Preferably Fresher with specialization in Marketing

Strong understanding of Marketing principles & frameworks

Excellent soft skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
