Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive for After-Sales is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth in the after-sales division of an automobile dealership. This role will focus on promoting services such as vehicle servicing, parts, accessories, and customer care initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and ensure long-term business growth.

Role & responsibilities

• Campaign Development:
  Develop and execute after-sales marketing campaigns (service offers, parts promotions, customer loyalty programs, etc.) to attract and retain customers.

• Customer Engagement:
  Create strategies for engaging customers post-purchase, encouraging repeat business, and promoting after-sales services.

• Content Creation & Communication:
  Prepare marketing materials, including email campaigns, newsletters, brochures, and digital
  content promoting after-sales services and products.Ensure that content aligns with the dealerships branding and messaging dealerships.

• Social Media & Online Presence:
  Manage and update the dealerships social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content related to after-sales services.
  Utilize digital platforms (website, email, and social media) to drive awareness of after-sales offerings.

• Customer Retention Programs:
  Assist in implementing loyalty programs, seasonal offers, and exclusive promotions to encourage return visits for servicing, parts, and accessories.

• Market Research & Analysis:
  Conduct market research to identify customer needs, track competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
  Provide reports and feedback to management on the effectiveness of after-sales campaigns.

• Event Management:
  Organize promotional events, customer workshops, and other marketing activities to boost after-sales service bookings and customer relationships.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the sales, service, and parts departments to align after-sales marketing strategies with overall dealership goals.
  Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners for marketing materials and campaign execution.

• Customer Feedback & Improvement:
  Collect customer feedback on after-sales services and use it to improve offerings and marketing tactics.
  Assist in resolving customer concerns regarding after-sales services and escalate issues as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Experience:
  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing.
