The candidate should have good experience in contract management, Litigation

Should have good experience in pleadings and drafting
Sound knowledge in Civil, Criminal , Contract act, Consumer and other litigation.
Ready to relocate or travel as per the requirement in the profile.
Should have experience in Excel, PPT and other system related knowledge.
Good typing skills.
Ability to learn and implementation
Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in legal field.

Candidate must be in a position to read, write, speak Hindi and English and vernacular languages (including man scripted)
Should be healthy and should be ready to travel to go to courts and give evidence, participation of lok adalats and mitigating the liabilities.
Adoptability and Punctuality and mingling with the team in nature required.
Updation of law from time to time as required by Reporting manager and HOD.
