Apex Contract Management Non Litigation

Job Description

The candidate should have experience in litigation specially in MACT, Consumer, Ombudsman and preference should be from the insurance industry who worked in legal department.

Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in the job profile apart from Law Degree

Fluency in English and Hindi ( Read, write, Speak)

Ready for travelling in giving evidences , settlements before various judicial authorities across the India.

Good in preparation of written statement drafts, analyzing defenses available to insurance company and mediator between the company and external holders such as advocates, investigators, judicial authorities for favorable results in the litigation cases

Minimum exposure in contract management.

Sound knowledge in consumer, ombudsman, MACT cases

Application of mind in strategic thinking and deliverables.

Updation of law and judgment of APex courts in relating to insurance industry on various points.

Ready for relocation any wherein in India as per company expectations

Stability in execution
