Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented andexperienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Designer, you will beresponsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces thatenhance user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and otherdesigners, to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality. Theideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred designsolutions and possess excellent communication skills.

KeyResponsibilities

-Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours.

-Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.

-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.

-Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.

-Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.

-Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

-Work closely with developers to implement and refine designs during the development process.

-Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

-More than 5 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
-Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI design projects.
-Must have worked on a consumer facing mobile app.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
-Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
-Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
-Ability to present effectively and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
-Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
-Bachelordegree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
