Role & responsibilities
1. To conduct contract review for orders received and resolve all techno-commercial issues during internal Kick-off meetings.
2. To ensure that all Internal / External orders are booked in time and scheduled as per the Purchase order delivery date.
3. To ensure timely submission of post order documents and receipt of approval and manufacturing clearances.
4. Expedite document submission & approvals from Customer / Consultants & update document submission schedules regularly.
5. Ensure that all requirements as per the KSB QMS and other systems are being followed.
6. Co-ordinate for redressal of issues related to various departments like PM&PS, TSS, Purchase and production to ensure smooth progress of project.
7. Intern department (TSS, PM & PS, Purchase) co-ordination to ensure timely delivery of documents without commercial impacts (LDs, penalties etc.) if applicable.
8. Periodic review of orders on hand with the team using SAP reports and other tools. Identify risks and initiate actions for mitigation
9. Preparation & circulation of monthly MIS.
10. Periodic reporting of the team performance to supervisor in the prescribed format.
11. Lead and implement DMS System for CM -TOP include all the requirement of TOP to give clarity to very part involved for east tracking of ongoing projects .
12. Monitor and ensure Weekly updating of DMS MIS in system .
13. Monitor and ensure Follow up with vendor for document submission if changes if any in documentation by clients till code 1 approval of client.
14. Overview that for all projects , release of bought out item code (to purchase) and release of aggregate BOM (in system enabling system to release PR) within 7 days of receipt of BOM of pump to them, enabling purchase to release SAP purchase order to vendor.
15. Ensure that all queries to Pump BOM + Aggregate BOM are sorted in time by coordinating with TSS ,customer and consultant if any
16. Ensure that for all projects , Detailing the list of engineering spares with quantity in numbers, whenever is applicable (e.g.10% of list of instruments to be supplied).
17. Ensure that for all projects, All internal co-ordination for expediting and resolving issue related to Seal Drawings , to be done by TOP with PMPS.
18. Ensure for all projects Revision of pump data sheet and performance curve of pump till its
approval from client in category 1 is received in defined time frame
19. Resolve all Mismatch of engg documents / scope of
supply between indent Vs clients comment by coordinating with TSS .
Preferred candidate profile
# Engineering Industry is preferred.
# 10-15 years Experience / exposure in project planning &
Execution, Working knowledge of SAP SD module
