Inventory Management Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Management of stocks at various locations with inventory control.
• Maintain the inventory database and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability and prevent overstocking or out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
• Implement a loss/theft prevention process
• Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement best practices for inventory control and conduct regular stock audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure seamless inventory operations.
• Generate detailed inventory reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in inventory management, Stock Audit, Physical Verification or a related role.

Bachelors degree in commerce / MBA Finance / Supply chain management / Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in SAP Or inventory management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
