Executive - Contract Management

Role & responsibilities:

• To submit Digital IBR FORM III C for Dealer, OEM, Project, and Trading Business.
• Document preparation for Intercompany orders: To create document templates, numbering, and resolving quality queries.
• IBR Document storage: To store and retrieve documents in electronic formats.
• IBR Document review: To review documents for accuracy and compliance, and making revisions as needed.
• IBR Document distribution: Scanning, copying, and distributing documents to project team members and stakeholders
• IBR Document confidentiality: Tracking documents to maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
• Document reporting: To Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required.
• To prepare and submit the Thermax Valve dossier along with Provisional VTR.
• To prepare Final Quality Dossier as per customer project specified formats and translating the requirements and Submission.
• To attend the customer comments in the dossier and resubmit for final approval.
• To obtain quotes from vendors and arranging Purchase order for special requirements from customers.
• To maintain admin-related procurements for the CM Team.

Preferred candidate profile:

DME/Any degree with 2-3 years of experience in relevant valve industry

Functional / Technical Competencies:

• Product knowledge.
• Knowledge in MS Office
• Knowledge in SAP
