Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, driving sales growth, and strengthening customer relationships in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the steel products portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, industry trends, and potential market opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to define brand positioning, product messaging, and target market segments.

Product Promotion:

• Create and execute promotional campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and sales for steel products.
• Coordinate the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content.
• Leverage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to expand the company's online presence.

Sales Support & Lead Generation:

• Work closely with the sales team to identify potential leads, nurture existing relationships, and support the sales process through targeted campaigns.
• Organize trade shows, conferences, and industry events to increase visibility and network with key industry players.
• Develop and manage marketing collateral and sales tools that support the sales team in closing deals.

Brand Management:

• Maintain and strengthen the companys brand image and reputation in the steel industry.
• Monitor brand performance through market analysis, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling steel products.
• Implement feedback loops to improve the company's offerings based on customer insights.

Budget Management & Reporting:

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver ROI.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, analyzing key metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management regarding marketing performance and trends.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or steel industry.
• Strong understanding of steel products, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and senior management.

Timing 09:30am to 6:00pm

Working Days 6 days Working

Monday to Saturday.

Mode of Interview: Onsite Interview.

Salary: 4 - 12 LPA (Negotiable)
