We are looking for a professional, flexible, and approachable Receptionist to manage front desk, greet visitors, answer calls, and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to pitch in with office-related duties when needed.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide general information.
Promptly route incoming calls to the concerned department or individual for efficient resolution ( EPABX system)
Manage appointments and maintain office records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
Be adaptable and willing to assist with office tasks, including but not limiting to administrative and operational support.
Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline.
Previous experience in a receptionist role is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi both are required).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office.
A positive attitude with a willingness to help out in various office tasks when needed.
Should know how to operate EPABX systems
