Job Description

KrispCall is seeking a motivated and results-oriented sales executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers in sales. As a sales executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our innovative AI-powered business phone platform. You will engage with potential customers, build strong relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and connect with prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Present and demonstrate KrispCalls products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized pitches, proposals, and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus, though not mandatory.
