About the Role:

At KrispCall, we are revolutionizing business communication with our AI-powered phone platform and are looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Success Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a key player in our customer success team, you'll ensure our clients achieve their business goals by maximizing the value of our platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and is excited about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive customer satisfaction and retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding & Training:
  • Guide new customers through seamless onboarding, ensuring they understand and fully utilize KrispCalls features.
  • Conduct personalized training sessions and webinars to empower customers with best practices.
  • Proactive Customer Engagement:
  • Monitor customer health scores and usage analytics to identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to align customer goals with KrispCalls capabilities.
  • Customer advocacy & feedback:
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable feedback to product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhance the customer experience.
  • Churn Reduction & Revenue Growth:
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding customer needs and aligning them with additional features or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage renewals and drive account expansion.
  • Collaborate with the support team for Issue Resolutions
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to provide proactive support and reduce customer effort.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and customer engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Empathy and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • A basic understanding of SaaS platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously, staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
