Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain a database of contacts and leads generated through outreach efforts.
• Negotiate and help close deals.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies involved in sports infrastructure projects.
• Provide regular reports on outreach activities, feedback, and progress to the Manager.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and performance metrics to the team leader.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives
• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing high-quality service and building strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the other sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite is preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding sales.
