Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all HR functions to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies.
• Administer and regularly review compensation and benefits programs.

• Address employee grievances and foster strong management-employee relations.
• Oversee performance appraisals to drive high performance and development.
• Provide HR metrics and decision support to directors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior management.
