Role & responsibilities

Technical

Technical Evaluation of all the Operations IT Assets like Computers, Printers, Scanners, Laptops Etc.

Support for applications implemented in the hospital from time to time whenever required

SPOC for Infrastructure vertical manager for any technical issues or change process in Infrastructure equipments / applications

SPOC for communications vertical manager for any technical issues in communication equipments / applications

SPOC for Applications manager for any technical issues/support in applications

Training on Applications/Hardware to users

Training Subordinates on Applications/Hardware/Services and Processes

Installing new software & hardware (Computers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Applications etc.) - in case of exigency

Perform PMS of Operations/Network/Communications Assets - in case of exigency

Checklist: Performs daily checklist activities as per the duty schedule.

Non-Technical

Create SOPs on the technical processes whenever required

Guide subordinates whenever required in troubleshooting and resolving incident tickets

coordination with the vendor for any critical issues in Operations devices or applications

Documentation of new installations, configuration changes

Checks daily ticket closures and ensures closure of the same within the SLA defined.

Responsible for unit's IT Audit

Monitoring of help desk and to ensure SLA's are maintained at all possible times. If required, training of resources where needed.

Escalate issue to Vertical Head if SLA is crossed.

Up-dation of all trackers/registers as per the defined policies.

Ensuring resource backup during emergencies

SLA verification and submission of bills to Unit Head for further process

Monitor inventory changes and verify the necessary documents for updates.

Keep track of Spare and Standby stocks and suggest any increase or reduction in quantities maintained as per utilization trend.

Keep a track of unit's IT budget (OPEX & CAPEX) and update the trackers.

Quality indicators and preparation and presentation in monthly Meetings

Preferred candidate profile

* 10+ years of experience in IT Infra management

* Experience in Hospital IT infra ia a plus

* Team management

* Good communication skills
