Junior Scientist

Job Summary:

The Junior Scientist will contribute to the design, execution, and analysis of experiments supporting innovative biotechnology projects. This role involves working collaboratively within the R&D team to advance research objectives, troubleshoot technical challenges, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and Experimentation:
• Conduct laboratory experiments, including including immunology techniques like ELISA and other enzymatic assays.
• Assist in the development and optimization of protocols for new assays and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental data and observations.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze experimental results using softwares like Graphpad Prism and in MS Excel.

Prepare reports, graphs, and presentations to communicate findings to the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Requirements:
• Masters or Bachelors degree in Biotechnology or a related field.
• Relevant research experience (academic or industry) preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques such as ELISA and pipetting skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., GraphPad Prism).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior industry internship or experience in a biotechnology company.
