Inside Sales Executive

Job role (OFFICE BASED ROLE):

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams from our Head Office.

Your role will be to manage leads generated by sending quotations, negotiating rates and delivery timelines and processing orders received and managing the order cycle till completion.

You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact till payment receipt. You will also ensure proper after-sales service in coordination with the technical team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and work on enquiries generated, send quotes, negotiate, process orders and monitor payments
• Monitor and analyze quotes closed, converted and lost on a regular basis
• Build a good relationship with customers and generate repeated business
• Responsible for networking with new user in the academic and industry via calls
• Order management
• Price Negotiation and Order Closure

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years of experience as an Inside Sales Executive, Sales Account Executive, Sales Coordinator, Client Coordination or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience with CRM software and MS Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi.
