Sales Head

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the companys goals.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
• Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, strategy effectiveness, and market conditions for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and procurement, to ensure support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 7-8 years of experience of sales in the Renewable energy industry
• Bachelors degree in Engineering/Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Fluent in Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu/Kannada - For South. Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati - For West
