Special Educator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs in a CBSE curriculum. The role involves developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with teachers and parents, and implementing inclusive teaching strategies to ensure holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and support students with special education needs (SEN).

Develop and implement IEPs as per CBSE guidelines.

Modify teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and counselors for student progress.

Conduct training sessions on inclusive education.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors/Master’s in Special Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.) or equivalent.

Strong understanding of CBSE inclusive education policies.

Excellent communication and adaptability.
