1. Shadow Teacher

• Role Overview:

2. Behavior Modification Therapist

• Role Overview:
• Conduct personalized home sessions tailored to the developmental needs of children with special needs.
• Design and implement effective behavior modification techniques based on the child's requirements.
• Focus on improving behavioral patterns to enhance the child's overall development.

3. Remedial Teacher

• Role Overview:
• Visit client homes to conduct personalized remedial sessions.
• Plan, prepare, and execute interventions aimed at addressing academic challenges.
• Use creative methods to engage children and foster learning progress.

4. Special Educator

• Role Overview:
• Conduct home sessions focused on core academic concepts for children with special needs.
• Leverage innovative teaching and learning aids to enhance understanding and retention.
• Adapt strategies to meet individual learning needs effectively.

Key Requirements for All Roles

• Skills:
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for working with children with special needs.
• Adaptability to diverse learning environments and developmental needs.

• Qualifications (Varies by Role):
  
• Bachelors/Masters in Psychology, Special Education, Human Development, or related fields.
• ECCEd or Montessori training (preferred for certain roles).
• Experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Intellectual Disabilities, or learning challenges is a plus.

• Flexible Work Locations: Home-based or school-based assignments across Mumbai (Western, Central, and Harbour Line).
