EYP Facilitator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Program (EYP) Teacher to join our IB school. The EYP Teacher will play a key role in nurturing young learners aged 3 - 6, fostering their curiosity, creativity, and personal development within the framework of the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with IB PYP principles.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of young children.
• Observe and document student progress, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning.
• Foster foundational skills in communication, social interaction, and self-management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching certification or qualification in Early Years education.
• Experience with IB PYP or inquiry-based learning (preferred).
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate pedagogy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
