About the job:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales and marketing strategies.
- This candidate will be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend new sales strategies for success.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying & managing clients for potential business development towards high value customers and strategically securing profitable business by cold callings, emails and in-person visits.
- Utilizing social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness.
- Proven experience in sales within the HoReCa, QSR and institutional sectors.
- Representing company by attending at trade exhibitions or events
- Setting the monthly targets and achieving the Targets.
- Should be responsible for marketing, Corporate Sales and do B2B company visit.
- Preparing & sending the quotation of the customer against their order confirmation.
- Responsible for all aspects of the sales and marketing from pricing, negotiations, contract development, ensuring successful order fulfillment and after sales commitments.
- Do analysis of customer research, current market conditions and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Survey and analyze competition strategy and moves and propose actions where required.
- Should develop and setup new market Pan India.
- Develop and maintain an effective sales territory plan and ensure to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Define and implement the product range & product positioning based on industry analysis and new product range.
- Monitor success of marketing product range & initiate corrective actions where necessary.
- Define product price list based on market price and cost analysis.
- Good co-ordination with factory unit for order dispatch and regular visit as and when required.
- Have travelled PAN INDIA for client meeting, etc.
- Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA will be added advantage
- 10 years and above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
