COO Office - Program Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional programs that drive operational efficiency
• Create and maintain programs with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
• Develop and standardize operational processes for all the functions
• Run governance and coordination across delivery, customer success and Business teams
• Optimize operational workflows across multiple teams and projects
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies
• Bridge communication between teams
• Oversee program-level documentation and knowledge management
• Develop comprehensive dashboards tracking operational KPIs for various functions
• Create detailed reports on program progress
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational metrics to drive data-informed decision-making
• Operationalize the AOP across functions
• Track and govern the AOP initiative across the organization, on a quarterly, monthly or weekly basis

• Experience in working very closely with CxOs to drive programs
• Excellent at working collaboratively with people across board including customer stakeholders, sales, customer success and the project delivery team; firm understanding of matrix org
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms
• Should be proficient in agile project management and collaboration tools
• Demonstrable experience in scope management & negotiation, risk mitigation and project monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
