Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Adhering to clients corporate income tax compliance requirement as per statute (assessments, filing of returns, etc.)
- Engaging in corporate tax MA Tax restructuring mandates for clients
- Experience in corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions tax (domestic and international tax)
- Prior experience in tax due diligence would be an added advantage
- Prior basic knowledge of other laws like FEMA and SEBI would be preferred
- Strong people and client management skills
- Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization

Qualifications
- Qualified CA with 0-2 years of post qualification experience in MA Tax or Corporate Tax
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good inter-personal skills
- Team player
